Is my ad spend included in the management fee?+
No. The £756/mo+ management fee covers the strategy, creative, build, targeting and ongoing optimisation. Your actual ad spend is paid by you directly to the platform (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and is separate. We'll always be upfront with you about both costs before you commit.
How much ad spend do I need to start?+
More than you think isn't necessary. A starting budget of £20–£50 per day is enough for most small businesses to generate meaningful results, particularly on Meta. We'll always tell you honestly what your budget can realistically achieve in your industry — and recommend a sensible starting point.
Which platform should I advertise on?+
It depends on your customers. Facebook and Instagram are the most versatile for local services and consumer brands. TikTok suits visual brands and younger audiences. LinkedIn is the gold standard for B2B. We often recommend starting on one or two platforms and scaling once we know what's working.
How quickly will I see results?+
Unlike SEO, paid ads start delivering from the moment the campaign goes live. The first 2–4 weeks are typically a 'learning phase' where we test audiences and creatives to find the winning combination. Most clients see strong, consistent results within four to eight weeks.
Do you create the ad creative?+
Yes. Full creative production — copywriting, graphic design and short-form video for Reels and TikTok — is included. If you have brand assets or existing creative you'd like to use, we'll happily work with those too.
What happens to my ad account if I cancel?+
Your ad accounts remain yours. We set everything up inside your own Meta Business Manager / LinkedIn / TikTok Ads accounts, so you always retain full ownership of the account, the audiences, the pixels and the data — whether you continue working with us or not.
Is there a contract?+
No. Monthly rolling. Pause, scale up or cancel at the end of any month.
