Our ongoing website & SEO management service is a month-to-month engagement designed to keep your online presence compounding long after the initial 3-month build. Every week we manage your Google Business Profile; every month we make local SEO improvements; and every month you get one new feature added to the site — booking flow tweaks, new landing pages, integrations, content updates, whatever moves the business forward.
It’s 100% optional. Once we hand over your Essential Online Presence System you own everything outright and are free to run it yourself. Most clients stay on because the compounding effect is worth more than the monthly cost — but it’s your call.

Is this for clients who finished the 3-month build, or anyone?+
Both. If you finished the Essential Online Presence System with us, ongoing management slots in naturally month 4 onwards. If you have a website built elsewhere that you'd like us to take over, we run a Takeover Audit (£249) to assess and stabilise the site before we begin monthly management.
What's included in monthly management?+
Weekly Google Business Profile management (posts, photos, review responses), Search Console monitoring, SEO refinements, page-speed maintenance, security and dependency updates, a monthly report, and one feature request per month with a 48-hour turnaround.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Month-to-month, 7 days' notice, no fixed term. We don't believe in lock-in — if you stop seeing value you should be free to leave.
How is this different from a hosting plan?+
Hosting just keeps the site online. Ongoing management actively works to improve the site every week: fresh Google content, SEO improvements, security patching, performance tuning, and reacting to algorithm changes. Hosting is a utility; this is growth work.
What does it cost?+
£299 per month for ongoing management. There is also an optional Quarterly Strategy Review at £450 (every 3 months) where we do a deeper SEO audit, refresh keyword targeting, and plan the next 3 months of improvements.
What if I want more than one feature added per month?+
Additional features are billed at £349 each (same 48-hour turnaround). Or you can pause management and run a focused 1-month sprint at £699 (the same monthly rate as the original build).
